  • Changed workflow when creating a new Recipient. Instead of returning to the Recipient listing, the user will be taken to the care note page so an initial care note may be taken.

  • Added the ability to select a list of Recipients to call along with a call screen with previous notes and place to enter a new note during or after the call.
  • Added optional Recipient residence address. If a complete address is present, the caregiver will be able to add it to the Route.
  • Changed the icons in the map column of the Recipients page to plus ( add to route) and map marker (added to route).
  • Once a note is added to a Recipient and no Primary Caregiver is specified, the author of the most recent care note will be used as the Primary Caregiver. They will also receive the overdue notices if they have notices turned on in their account.

  • Add a visit report that lists all vists carried out within the last week, month, 90 days, year.
  • Added a Caregiver report that lists the visits that a Caregiver has made over a given period of time. The report may be for a given Caregiver or all Caregivers over a specific time period, Week, Month, 90 days, Year.
  • Added a bulletin report that lists recipients that wish to be listed in the Church bulletin.
  • Fixed the visiblility of bulletin checkboxes on the reports listing.
  • Changed Recipient created date, on the reports listing, to only display the date. Time is no longer displayed.

  • The sign up process will no longer pre-load the facilities. The Administrator can load the facilities based upon facility type and within specific zip codes using the "Load Facilities" command on the Administration menu.

  • Added a primary Caregiver to a recipient and changed all notifications to the primary. Other accounts, that are in a Caregiver role, will still be able to make a note for any Recipient.
  • The primary Caregiver may be set at the creation of a Recipient and changed on the Edit of a Recipient.

  • Mapping had stopped working due to change at Google Maps. Corrected.
